We help you tailor your fitness regime to your personal goals. Working with the coach, every single class is scalable to your abilities. Our classes are 60 minutes long and include warm up and cool down elements designed for injury prevention. Each class consists of the following:

  • An introduction where you’ll learn about the Workout of the Day (called WODs in the CrossFit community – your community!)
  • A warm up to prepare your body for movement
  • A strength portion, where you’ll practice a specific movement in order to increase strength and improve form
  • A conditioning portion to test your endurance and agility
  • A cool down portion to stretch your muscles, decrease recovery time and improve flexibility
