How did you get into into CF/Coaching?
I love outdoor mountain biking and was really looking for some sort of conditioning for the winter season. I was introduced to indoor cycling and haven't looked back since. Once I got teaching spin, I realized that I loved a lot of other mediums, pushing me to get certified in rowing and kettle bells as well. What I have found in the last 2.5 years of teaching is that I have a true love being around others who are like-minded and really want to improve themselves. I can't wait to keep learning more and growing into a better instructor.
In my 8-5 life, I am a Human Resources Manager, meaning that I am pretty strict when it comes to rules and policies. The same applies for me at the gym. I am firm believer that everyone should approach all movements in a safe and practiced manner. I think that the point of CrossFit and conditioning activities like rowing, is to better yourself- not to injure.

I have big game hunted moose, deer and elk with my father since I was old enough to have a gun. I am a bit of a tomboy, though you wouldn't see it in my everyday appearance and my love for designer heels.
